"When I had my motorcycle license stolen on Wednesday, I called my State Farm representative. Serena answered and calmed me down because I was pretty upset. She helped me so, so much with everything I needed to know. I have been a member since 1993. It has switched hands a few times but since Bree took over, I have never had any problems with anything.
